Thus the goal of the venture builder team was born. What if we had a shared rockstar team that helps startups with all their tech, digital marketing and copywriting. The team would be motived by having a shared stake in the company through equity, thus being part of the success of the startup. Let the founder focus on what really matters, the business. Growing the venture and making it a true success. I realised that the reasons most startups fail is not due to ideas, but due to execution. They make too many rookie mistakes, run out of cash or fail to even build a solid product. These are issues that can be solved and should be solved if we are to create a better future for everyone.
